How do I reset my password?
If you need to reset your password, there are two ways to do it - whether you still have access to your account or are locked out. Follow the steps below to regain access.
Resetting your password if you have access to your account
- Click on the icon in the bottom-left-hand of the screen and then click 'Account settings'
- Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click 'Reset password'
- Set your new password
Resetting your password if you are locked out of your account
- Navigate to the Odin login screen here
- Click 'Forgot password'
- Enter the email address associated with your Odin account and click 'Send me a reset link'
- You will then receive an email from Odin with a password reset link. Please check your spam/junk folder if you have not received the email within a few minutes.
