How can I include a management fee?

When creating invite links, you'll have the option to add a one-off ‘Cash Fee’. In addition to the carry, this is an extra management charge you can add to cover your own costs of syndicating the deal. This can either be a percentage of the investor’s wired amount (4% being the most common amount Odin sees) or a fixed amount (e.g. £250 per investor).

Once an investor has accepted the deal invite, their cash fee cannot be changed via the platform. If you’d like to adjust an investor's cash fee, please reach out to hello@joinodin.com.
