Where is my S/EIS certificate?

Odin is dependent on the investee company in order for S/EIS3 certificates to be generated. The company needs to provide us with an S/EIS UIR (Unique Investment Reference). Once we receive this information, we can issue the certificates.

However, we have no control over how quickly the investee company obtains and shares this information with us.

We recommend that investors contact the Deal Lead for updates on the status of their S/EIS certificates. You can easily message the Deal Lead through the Odin platform by navigating to the deal page and clicking the “Email Deal Lead” button located under the “Deal Details” section.
