To make this process easier, signed investment agreements are automatically generated and available directly within the platform.
How to find your signed agreement
Log in to your account.
Navigate to the 'Invited' section.
Select the relevant deal.
Select 'View payment details'.
Click 'Download payment instructions & signed legals'.
What the document includes
Your payment instructions and signed investment agreement document includes:
The exact investment amount, including any fees.
The legal entity making the investment.
The recipient's bank details.
The signature confirming acceptance of the investment terms.
This document should meet the requirements most banks have for proof of investment.
