Can I close my deal if investor payments are in transit?

Once you select 'Close deal' on the platform, our Deal Ops team will begin calculating the final figures and we will no longer be able to accept payments into the deal.

To ensure all investments are included, please keep the deal open until all funds have been fully reconciled. If the deal is closed while funds are still in transit, those investors will be excluded from the SPV, and we will need to issue refunds.
