Are there any hidden costs?

Our Founder Rollup SPV costs £4k (£3.33k ex-VAT), payable on completion of the round and includes the following core features (full list and pricing in other currencies here):

• Ongoing custody of investor money and assets with a regulated custodian [FCA]
• Free S/EIS certificate distribution
• Free Advanced Subscription Agreement [ASA]
• Unlimited number of investors per deal
• Lifetime administration and distributions
• Shareholder reporting

Additional features are available for an extra cost:

• Rolling Close - £2.5k
• Notarisation - £2.5k
• Secondary Transfer of SPV Interest - £1k per investor/2% minimum

There are no hidden costs, and we will never introduce unexpected charges.
