What if I need Odin to sign a Term Sheet?

Odin will only add its signature to binding legal documents. Term Sheets are almost always non-binding and as such Odin doesn’t sign them. If you are raising an equity round, Odin will likely need to sign a Shareholder’s Agreement instead.

If this is required, you can sign in your own name, just not on behalf of the SPV.
