What happens if an investor wants to withdraw from a deal?
If an investor of yours has previously committed to a deal and now wants to withdraw, we can return the funds to their wallet. To request a withdrawal, follow these steps:
- Email hello@joinodin.com with the investor cc'd, or forward us their written consent to withdraw.
- We'll process the refund and the investor's funds will be automatically returned to their Odin wallet, where they can withdraw to their bank account or keep them on account to allocate to another deal. You can find more information on how wallets work here.
