You are welcome to request an Odin Customer Success Manager is available to any big-ticket investors (>£/$/€100,000). Please respect this threshold so we can ensure that our white glove service can deliver at scale.
Founders deploying over £/$/€1,000,000 in a single SPV can also request a WhatsApp group service, containing all relevant Odin team members (1x Founder, 2x Customer Success Members, 1x Customer Support).
Business hours
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 U.K. time (subject to change for public holidays).
While we endeavour to assist with all queries as soon as possible, any questions asked outside of business hours will promptly be responded to within the next window of the stated hours above.
During peak periods (pre-Christmas and pre-end of U.K. tax year) we will communicate any changes to these working hours. We will also likely extend these hours to ensure we can complete deals that are tied to particular deadlines.
