I have multiple syndicates running deals into my company on Odin. Do I need to complete Investee Company KYC each time?

No - we won’t require you to re-complete Investee Company KYC, and will simply re-use the previous submission.

The sole exception here is if the first deal we received wasn’t eligible for S/EIS, but the second one is. In that event, you still wouldn’t need to re-submit Investee Company KYC. You would, however, need to share copy of your Advanced Assurance with Odin’s Customer Support team via hello@joinodin.com. They’ll then add it to the original submission.
