What if I need Odin to sign a Term Sheet?

Odin will only add its signature to binding legal documents. Term Sheets are almost always non-binding and as such Odin doesn’t sign them.

If your company is requesting that the Syndicate signs up to a Term Sheet, either to signal intent or for another reason, the Syndicate Lead can sign in their own name, just not on behalf of the syndicate.
