What happens if the deal falls through?

If you are no longer able to hold the allocation for your Syndicate Lead or are halting the raise for another reason, Odin will allow the Syndicate Lead to cancel the deal without any extra charge to you or them.

Odin will formally cancel the deal once all syndicate investors have been refunded (if no investors had transferred, we will simply cancel it once we receive notice from the Syndicate Lead).
