What happens if the deal falls through?

If you are no longer able to hold the allocation for your Syndicate Lead or are halting the raise for another reason, the Syndicate Lead can cancel the deal. Please note that if the deal is in the closing stage, cancellation fees may apply.

Once the deal is cancelled, all investors will have their funds automatically returned to their Odin wallets. If no investors had transferred funds, the deal would be cancelled once Odin receives notice from the Syndicate Lead.
