What if we have investors who are both eligible and ineligible for S/EIS in the same SPV?

That’s no problem. As soon as the deal has fully closed on Odin, you’ll be able to download an investor list via your deal admin dashboard. You can then omit any individuals from the list who are not eligible for either scheme.
