How Odin communicates during closing
The key change in how Odin communicates with you and the Syndicate Lead during the closing process, as opposed to any part of the journey before or after, is that Odin’s Customer teams take more of a step back, and Odin’s Deal Operations & Legal teams come into the fold.
This doesn’t mean that you shouldn’t reach out to the Syndicate Lead or Odin’s Customer Support team if you feel something’s wrong, it just means they’ll probably lack some context during the closing process.
Internally, Odin’s CSMs communicate everything that happens in a deal, so when it is submitted for closing, Odin’s Deal Operations & Legal teams have all of the context they need to approach the closing process in the appropriate way.
Additionally, while Odin communicates with your company in order to close the deal, the Syndicate Lead can see which stage of the process Odin is at by logging back into the deal page.
As a general rule of thumb, these are our suggested actions for:
- Questions on investment legals, fees, wiring funds - email legal@joinodin.com.
- Questions on anything post-close - email hello@joinodin.com or your Syndicate Lead.
