Follow-on deals

If you’ve previously structured an investment in a company through Odin, and that company then launches a new round of financing you’d like to participate in through Odin, we’d class this as a follow-on deal.

Follow-on deals have a reduced minimum fee vs. first-time deals on Odin. All other fees (percentage fee, cap) are the same.

There is no special process for submitting a follow-on deal. Simply replicate the steps you’d use to create a new deal and inform our team that this is a follow-on investment opportunity.
