Editing deal details

Virtually everything can be edited after you submit a deal, either by you from the deal page or by the Odin team in the back-end. While you can contact our Customer Support team for anything else, you can update the following details from the ‘Terms’ section of the deal page:

• Minimum Commitment Amount - We enforce an absolute minimum here of £1,000. Investment amounts lower than this suggest crowdfunding and not angel investing.
• Allocation;
• Total Round Size;
• Target Close Date;
• Investment Agreement;
• Pitch Deck, and;
• Investment Memo.

If you need to change more legal-specific deal terms, such as changing the valuation cap, share price or deciding to switch from a priced equity round to raising on an ASA, that can also be done via contacting the Odin Support team. However, if investors have already transferred funds based on terms you’re now changing, you must communicate with them and ensure they’re happy to invest on the updated terms. Odin's Support email (hello@joinodin.com) should be copied into these communications, or at the very least see proof of consent for every investor in the deal.
