Setting up an Odin subscription

If you’re keen on exploring either the Core or Headliner plans, which require a subscription, let us know by completing this form, and we’ll reach out to learn more about your plans and answer any initial questions you might have.

If you don’t need to talk to us first and have a deal you’d like to set up, you’re welcome to go ahead and select the correct pricing plan during the creation of your first deal. Once you submit the deal, our team will be notified that a deal with subscription pricing was submitted, and will reach out to set up your subscription.

Our contracting process for subscriptions is pretty simple. We have standardised terms and pricing, and all you need to tell us is the following:

• Who is signing the contract, and what’s their email?
• Which pricing tier you’re signing up to, and;
• The name of your company, company number and registered address.

Our Customer Success team will then send you the contract to sign via a Docusign link. If you need them to share a draft in advance, they can do that as well. Below we’ve included an example of the Core subscription contract:

Once the subscription contract has been signed by all parties, there’s nothing else you need to do. The subscription (and by extension the fees) will only begin once you create your first deal on Odin, and will run for 12 months from that date.

Being a subscriber grants you, among other things, access to a Customer Success representative at Odin. Leverage them as much as you can - you can find more about what to expect from the relationship with them here.

Finally, all subscription contracts are agreed to for a duration of 12 months and are renewed with your Customer Success representative 3 months prior to contract expiry. If you do not wish to subscribe for another 12 month period, this renewal meeting is the point at which you can serve notice. At the contract end date, we will downgrade your account, though rest assured, your branded entity for all previous investments will remain intact - going forward, you will be required to use Odin Investments Limited as the investment vehicle.
