What can I expect from my Customer Success representative?
Our Customer Success team serves as your strategic partner in the successful administration of your deals and the growth of your syndicate’s activity. Their secondary function is as a conduit to any other business resources you may require.
Your Customer Success representative will formally kick-off the collaboration between you and Odin by conducting an onboarding call. These calls are designed to ensure your familiarity with Odin’s product and to enable you to create your first deal.
Your Customer Success representative will proactively engage with you and your team throughout the cycle of your contract, and you should feel free to schedule in time with them when you need it. Your contract renewal will also be handled by your Customer Success representative, who will make contact 3 months out from the renewal date.
Aside from enablement with Odin’s product, your Customer Success representative can be considered a partner in scaling your syndicate in the manner you intend. If there is something you feel Odin can help with, raise it with your Customer Success representative. For reference, our Customer Success representatives regularly make capital introductions, connect syndicate leads with other syndicate leads to share deal flow, and ensure Odin’s Product team are building features in the best interests of our key customers.
