How can I communicate with Odin?
Base Customers
As a base customer, while you are creating and administering your deal, you can get in touch with our Customer Support team by emailing hello@joinodin.com or via in-app messaging on the Odin platform. Our Deal Operations and Legal teams can be contacted by emailing legal@joinodin.com during the deal closing process. Your investors and the investee company can also get in touch with Odin via our Customer Support team email.

Core and Headliner Customers
Your main point of contact will be your appointed Customer Success representative, who will be introduced to you by our Sales team. You will have their personal email available to you at all times, and can consider them your conduit to the rest of the business.
Your investors can get in touch with us via our support channel by emailing hello@joinodin.com, or via the chat portal on the Odin platform. You are welcome to introduce big-ticket investors (>£/$/€100,000) to your Customer Success representative to assist them. Please respect this threshold so we can ensure that our white glove service can deliver at scale.
The investee company will predominantly be in touch with our Customer Support team (hello@joinodin.com) during their KYC submission and our Legal & Deal Operations teams (legal@joinodin.com) during deal closing.

Capital-Intensive Customers
For syndicates deploying over £/$/€2,000,000 per year, Odin can also offer a WhatsApp group service, containing all relevant Odin team members (1x Founder, 2x Customer Success Members, 1x Customer Support).

Business hours
Our business hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 18:00 U.K. time (subject to change for public holidays).
While we endeavour to assist with all queries as soon as possible, any questions asked outside of business hours will promptly be responded to within the next window of the stated hours above.
During peak periods (pre-Christmas and pre-end of U.K. tax year) we will communicate any changes to these working hours. We will also likely extend these hours to ensure we can complete deals that are tied to particular deadlines.
