Follow on deal = A company you previously raised funds for on our platform is raising again in a new round. For example your syndicate pooled £50k for ABC Services in their Seed round and your syndicate now has an allocation of £30k in ABC Services' Series A round.
If your syndicate used the Branded vehicle for the first deal then for the follow on deal allows you to pool capital in your Branded SPV for the price of a Standard deal.
