Syndicate Lead responsibilities:
Be the “face of the deal” and manage Syndicate Members (hard commitments, introducing them to Odin, draft investment agreement from investee company)
Invite investors to the deal (more on this here)
Keep investors updated on their investment
Vote on behalf of the syndicate (when applicable)
Odin responsibilities:
Triage payment or platform issues with LPs
Communicate with the SL regarding deal setup/changes
Communicate with Investee Company
KYC and AML on LPs
Sign legal documents, wire
Customers receive automated emails reminding them to move forward with the process up until the payment has been received. Ultimately the speed and when a deal closes is entirely up to you.
