Once you have confirmed commitments from your investors, you can invite them with custom deal terms.

They then log on, go through KYC / AML checks and invest. It's a fully digital, seamless process.

Investors create an account (if they don’t have one), go through KYC/AML, sign and wire funds. You can track all incoming investments via your dashboard, and nudge investors who have not yet committed.

You may also opt to charge investors a fixed fee or a percentage of their commitment in addition to our fees.

Funds are held in a segregated, non-operating bank account.
